What the court (judge) does about the filings and the contempt and receivership motions, that will be a different story.
It's only a matter of time for that to happen. As more news hits the wires about the depositions being taken in the case of OSTK, more and more penny's will be indirectly be affected. Factor in the elimination of the 'grandfather' clause on prior shorts and pennyland has a rather rosey future. MHO - RTB
