That is the way I read it. It looks like Jim retained the assets and Astrom has an empty shell, symbol PDVP. That is an amazing turn of events, I don't own any PDVP, I wonder how this works for SMMW. My guess is this had to be known to be coming for some time now, at least 2-3 weeks, by the looks of trading. No wonder Dan was quiet, now we'll see what the effect is.
