Being relatively new to the world of the Pink Sheets, I am concerned--as are many of you--about the lack of disclosure requirements. I too would like to see Jerry inform us on a more regular basis as to whats going on. Recently, I read about a new catagory of issuers trading on the Pinks called "Pink Checkmark". Companies listed on the Pink Sheets will be catagorized by the quality of their PR statements. A Pink Checkmark is the highest level available to companies that do not meet NASDAQ Capital Market and stock price requirements. A Pink Checkmark company must be registered with the SEC and current in all electronic filings, or if not with the SEC, must meet Pink Sheet guidelines for providing adequate current information. This information must be confirmed by a quarterly letter from an attorney and must be posted on the Pink Sheets news service. Does anybody have anymore information reguarding this and if Regions plans to register as a Pink Checkmark company?
