I called my broker again - he said it was a mistake they perhaps give me a little remuneration for this annoyance - they had the information from the "clearing-office" they checked it and it was wrong - however my shares are not restricted any more and there`ll be no r/s and no name change at COHQ! I feel good again with my investment here! Sorry again for the possible confusion because of that wrong information of my broker.
