Say what? You have a long saying to get rid of the CEO, and to shelve the only real business ventures this company has going for itself. I challenged that reasoning and you say it has no substance?
Come on people. I came over here because overacheiver liked rubbing it into me about getting skanked by Skolnik in what appears to be very similar games here. After doing further studies on many of these other touted pinksheet stocks on Ihub most have a vbery similar pattern. That is very few of them have any real legit plans to make profits in the future, and most are nothing but speculative shell plays with posters on these Boards pumping worthless stocks. If you want a lack of substance then look underneath the covers of these shell companies. The truth is there is nothing there that gives them $1 value let alone $760K or $2M. If they are losing tons of money, have no legit plans to change that modus operandi, an then gag the TA then you had better watch your wallets as an investor. Where do you think this company is going to get the cash to stay afloat with the current cash drain? Um, let's think about that for a second. Oh yeah, how about adding to the available float and selling the shares into the public. Give me one good reason that this CEO gagged the TA other than to provide himself short term cover to pull it off? I didn;t want to believe Larry Skolnik was doing the same thing when he gagged the TA on EQBM last year. Yeah, these CEO's like to make investors believe they are gagging the TA to keep the shorts and other bashers in the dark, but truth be told they are keeping the real investors in the dark while most of the time they are printing new shares and selling it to the koolaid drinkers that can't get enough of the taste of a shrinking share price.
Good luck to you all. I hope you do better than the EQBM investors, However, if you think this is as low as it gets many that had invested in EQBM and other skank pink stocks in the past believed similarly. As long as these CEO's ave kooliad drinkers that are willing to buy new shares then they have a market to print new shares and keep selling into the buying. Maybe this is one of the unlikely situations where there is a logical reason for the TA being gagged, but common sense says it is not the case. JMHO.
