Ernie, blessings often come in the strangest ways. But God always has more wisdom than us - so instead of complaing about our trials we should ponder what the lesson in. I have had situations like this happen to me a few times in the past 2 years. I thought I was going through hell but later realized that it was one of the greatest blessings ever.

Ernie, the price will most likey be way down by the end of the month, so no worries on you raising money for more shares.

Good volume response. No price appreciation yet. That will probably require some numbers with actual orders.

The majority of todays volume were sells, not buys. I would think the volume is in response to the exercise eligble date of May 9th. Please be careful in your purchase of RSMI as the risk is increasing day by day with new shares hitting the market and their legal problems. RSMI can cleaverly time their PRs so the volume appears to be a result of that, but my reading of the trading activiy indicates way more sells than buys (which would also explain the price decline).
