I disagree with that "R/S of sorts" idea. The exchange is no such thing since you still own the exact same # of shares as you did before. We are just given receipts each worth 10000 shares. The # of underlying shares are the same so there is no split involved.
I know you know that.......I just think saying it'a a RS of sorts is misleading....unintentional as I'm sure it was.
