That is from piecing together messages from MT and Theresa that have been posted over the last couple of months. From discussions with Pedro regarding what MT is doing with the exchange. And, from the action plan for the exchange that has been the same from the beginning, which was discussed through PR's and during beta-testing. This has been made clear for a while, and has not changed. However, getting all of the private investors into the system appears to be taking a little while longer.
No buying on the exchange means that the company has not begun their buyback. If people suggest that the money does not exist and that the company is just crediting peoples accounts with phantom money, then why would they not just buy all of the shares with fake money. The buying only occurs when new private investors are inserted into the system.
MT just returned from Europe and business was said to have gone well. So, maybe several final investors will be inserted into the system, and then we can get the show on the road.
