Stratey, I am super long in SPZI but I seriously doubt the O/S is 205M. When I first inquired I was told to assume the O/S equalled the A/S. Someone correct me if I'm wrong. But I believe this will be a mutilbillion dollar company in a short period of time so if the stock goes to $1 or even $5 bucks then I'll be rich (richer would be more correct).
