sgolds, What are you seeing?

AMD has delayed shipments to customers from end of Q2 to end of Q3, which indicates 90nm based volume in the market in Q4 at the earliest. Of course, this is only the current plan, and could slip anytime. All current AMD roadmaps on the net, xbit, Anand etc. (although they aren´t quite correct as far as some details are concerned) show no 90nm product before Q4. A Q4 release usually means November.

sgolds, I don't expect any AMD 90 nm before October. BAck to school will be Intel.

No, officially, publicly, 90nm is Q3. (Per Analyst day public comments) (eom)

EDIT: Doug is "very certain" that *AMD* has said Q3. And I see nothing to contradict that yet.

sgolds, Keith - I don't know about "announcements", but with roadmaps I've found that, unless they run into trouble, the center of the "block" is about where it actually comes.
