He appeared at the invitation only stake holders meeting in the afternoon, and presented his plan ideas to the planning department. He was around later talking to locals about his plans. The town is looking to come up with a new development plan for all of south Colchester.

Why does this not surprise me?
It does surprise me to see all the people who still accept what this company says. I'm sure you remember Jannie when we started hearing about the "top four Auditors", one of whom was 'our' auditor, and there were posters then who doubted and some even stated, flat out, there will be no audit! I for one will admit, I thought that was a rediculous statement.
It still bothers me that I was so taken in by this obviously dishonest bunch of shysters. And now they are building a whole new model using the same technique's.
As for PV rebuilding a village without submiting plans, well, I'm a builder but that seems pretty far out, even for Canada, and where's the money comming from. I have an idea about that.
