I'd bet on it! I don't think PV would trust anyone else to provide the materials for his development, except Sulja Bros.!

Shares are really getting hard to buy...almost an hour into the trading day and no trades; sells or buys. Guess you can't buy em if nobody wants to sell, eh! And, anyone wanting to sell now would have to be certifiable!

DEVELOPMENT PLANS UNVEILED 2007-07-26 07:20:58
Colchester residents, concerned about the purchase of property by an unknown developer, now have some answers to their questions. Peter Vucicevich, the Director of Kore International Management Incorporated , outlined development plans at a public meeting last night. Included are restaurants, an ice cream shop, grocery store, boutiques and a pub. He hopes to have the development complete by the fall of 2008.

Notice this has no mention whatsoever of Sulja Bros. Building Supplies, Ltd. or SLJB? It is my opinion that this is where much of the proceeds from the share sales through the nominee accounts are going via PV, and I feel disgusted that even one cent of my money may help finance his project, if that is indeed the case. However, it's nice to know there may be assets left to be attached against Peter Vucicevich, should wrongdoing be found against him, through disgorgement or fines, and/or by any eventual civil judgment against PV for his part in the SLJB debacle.

I believe all the materials will provided by the fine folks from Sulja, correct?

What in that announcement led you to believe that?

Yes Petar, came to the meeting, he has great plans for the rebuilding of the hamlet. He is still in the demolition stage and no firm plans have been submitted. He plans on new restaurants, boutiques, shopping and skating rinks, on the new main street. A lot of local people are happy with his plan. The old cottages that he bought out and took needed to be. And the old Bar and resturant need to be replaced. The talk on the street was that the lumber yard had been losing lots of money over the last year. And left a lot of debt.
