#22456 RE: STRONGUS #22449

I don't think that's really the big issue here strongus but thanks for that info, do appreciate it.
I believe the issue is with the lack of communication from our CEO. They have supposedly been pumping oil and gas for months now. We have not had one factual PR about how much or where. It's always the same pr "things are looking good". That's not going to cut it anymore.
If Jerry wants this company to grow then he needs to get on the ball and start talking numbers, percentages, the move to the big boards etc. It's my belief with the last dilution that he doesn't give a rats ass about the shareholders. He has plenty of money right now, who needs us right?
A lot of us are starting to have doubts. We have been patient for a very long time but it's getting old. This is starting to border line on ridiculous.
Either Jerry doesn't have a clue what he's doing when it comes to running a public business or something stinks in RGNO land and he doesn't want to come clean.
Something better break soon otherwise we will see our stock in the sub penny land very soon and we all know how hard it is to come out of that when we get the flippers involved. I'm sorry to be so negative right now but we are at a cross roads folks. He either puts up right now or it could be over.

STRONGUS,

Great work.

Does Leatherneck own any wells?
OR does that add any to RGNO's total?

Nice work Stongus.
Forgive the little chit-chat when it's quiet the natives get restless, me included.
Hope we all hang in and don't panic at this point, I get the feeling we are almost there.
I for one will not sell untill I show a good profit.

I want to vote STRONGUS to the board of RGNO ! Thanks for some solid info., sorry that you had to work so hard to get it. :)
I would still like to see bi or tri weekly shareholder updates from Jerry, and PR"s when news happens. I think it would provide a lot of investors to this stock. What is wrong with communication ?

Jerry and his partners own Leatherneck. Its the funds from this company that was supporting so much of the work the company was doing. Jerry did this for as long as he could it appears, but needed to raise more cash to continue building the business. Jerry reluctantly raised the a/s share count. I got the impression when Jerry and I first talked that he wanted to keep the share count as low as possible. What cash does come in will go into the company, I have no doubts about this. There is a lot of work going on, and considering the rains and the floods they've remained on top of it when possible. Jerry is dead serious about reaching the goals he has for Rgno.

This isn't the problem, the company looks great. Did anyone call the TA?.......Jerry will restrict any shares but this isn't our problem. Its the volume we've lost. Anytime anyone of these companies have gone thru one these ordeals the result is the same. Investors learn of it, and that puts a damper on things for even those who can purchase thru their own broker who has no restrictions. We lose just way to much volume. Its kinda like having one hand tied behind our backs.

Attention RGNO Longs : Here is my dd on leatherneck energy situation...The big question was whether RGNO(the public company)
owns any wells..I know many were questioning whether the oil wells that are mentioned in the press releses actually belong to
RGNO because they are operated by leatherneck energy..we were
told by Jerry that leatherneck energy is the one that reverse merged with fcnk to become Regions oil and gas.
.In other words, all the wells that belong to leatherneck energy are indeed
owned by RGNO according to the company..I started looking into paper work (state filings) that would lead us to some
conclusive proof that leatherneck energy became RGNO..Finally here it is..this is from the website for
secretary of state, texas..Greg Dartez, Secretary is the one who is filing the reports for RGNO and he confirmed to me
over phone today that on October 9,2006 leatherneck energy became RGNO..

I thought I will do my bit remove the confusion..I have also mentioned to Greg today that it would be a
good idea to reiterate this fact via press release..hope this helps..
