I was here and Jerry was very careful not to commit securities fraud. I remember one meeting I attended personally in San Francisco. There was Jerry and the attorneys, and there were MORE AMD ATTORNEYS THAN THERE WERE PEOPLE IN THE AUDIENCE. And their specific purpose was to monitor and correct ANYTHING with would be a misrepresentation by the officers and reps of AMD.

Baloney, AMD paid out tens of millions to settle them because they knew they would loose.
