No need to get huffy, there Beerd, perhaps I was a a bit too harsh.

I did not say she did not talk to anyone, nor did I state she was lying. My point is that she has presented few facts and primarily 'gossip' at this point, much as yourself and some others.

We basically know nothing more than a few weeks back, do we?

As far as needing Kenny's 'authorization' for anything I think that is a total non-concern at this point. Some of the people on this board have lost thousands, if not 10s of thousands of dollars, and have a RIGHT to know IMO, as does any shareholder of ACMG. Perhaps Kenny is under a legal gag order of some sort, then she could state that, fine. Otherwise, this is too high school. In fact, if she does knows something and Cavasin is involved in criminal fraud, she may consider that she is aiding and abetting as well, just another possibility.

There is no 'slander' involved in merely stating I do not believe someone on a message board (it would be libel, anyways) and you can keep your idle threats to yourself.

I am on the side of the stockholders who want and deserve information, I am not on the pumper/bashers side, nor Mysterymates, nor the birdies, nor Kenny's - I am the side of the people who have been reamed by this stock and deserve the truth.
