I have been watching this one. It has formed a nice ascending triangle with strong resistance at $2.64. Other resistances are at $2.69, $2.77, $2.92, $3.09. The bollies are tight and the OBV has been rising steadily since mid Sept. Also the 50dma has just crossed the 200dma. It needs to blow through the strong resistance @2.69 with good volume first.
