Ren & Gail; there is a fine line. But really now Gail, there is a good bit of reading to do here. Most of the issues have been talked about and the DD id deep on the board, we are now in a waiting pattern with what could be some good upside, but is could be tempered by some trust issues from past actions.

My suggestion;
