That's exactly what I'm talking about. Restricted shares ARE restricted for a minimum of 1 year. Depending on what was written in the contract, it could be 2, 3 yrs too. Find the post that Pete wrote explaining restricted shares.
And FYI, these shares are restricted for more than 1 yr..
