You are wrong. The company is done. They raised 300k already during the 504. They AS will remains 500 mil. The OS is 383 Mil, unchanged from Last week. Why is it that when a shareholder dumps a position, it's insider selling? If you are so concerned, sell and move on. The OS is too light to day trade anyway. IMO
