Hemi shareholders are in a very unique situation. Comparatively speaking, rarely do people deposit Pinksheet stock in an IRA.

I have no experience myself with IRAs, so I would not be the best one to answer that question.

However, if I had Hemi in an IRA, I know I would probably call an SEC attorney to learn if I can have my IRA deposited shares backed in cert form. If the answer is yes, I would not only demand it, I would also demand a photocopy of the cert to verify that the broker atleast has a Hemi cert issued to the amount in my account, albeit I would expect the cert to be in the broker's name.
