It's a supply and demand thing. If 50M shares are issued but 60M want certs, MMs are forced to 'shake' as many loose as possible, until they've found 10M in certs who are finally willing to sell.

If shareholders all draw a line at $5, then $5 it is, that MMs have to pay, to get the certs needed to fill the demands.

Convincing people to demand their certs, convincing them to hold till $5, and convincing them to be patient, is all it takes for $5 to happen. Easy as that. The news will eventually come to create a desire for people to pay that price.
