When we get full ownership of N'EAST mag it should climb quickly, in the mean time, a PR stating the A/S is maxed and no intentions of raising it should also bring a nice bounce, and don't forget the new store in Boston! On the next upswing a person could always avg down as well...ALL IMO AS ALWAYS....
