#406 RE: august1991 #405

I agree with you. I think it is good that these guys will talk to anybody with a serious question. I have seen a lot of companies that are much less willing to talk.

I can understand Beemer isn't going to respond to every web site posting. On the other hand I really would like to see these guys make some public statements regarding the financing problems they've run into. You can't just expect me to blindly endorse such a massive stock dilution without a lot more explaining than was in the proxy.

At the moment I'm holding, keeping my fingers crossed. I am also sensitive to the fact that the stock is selling for less than half the offering price last year. But that doesn't impress me much when you see how much they want to dilute.

Seriously, if I have messed up any facts, or taken anything out of context, please let me know. I'm an open minded guy. I think it would be good to give Beemer a list of investor concerns that is fairly representative of the majority of shareholders. I'm only one guy, and there isn't a lot of good current public information regarding what has gone wrong. I also appreciate this is a small company, without dedicated resources to answer shareholder questions. I like the fact that they try to keep operating expenses at a minimum. I also appreciate that they have a lot of their own personal money invested in this gig, so they are motivated to make the right decisions. But that buy itself doesn't get a start-up to that first drop of ethanol.

Maybe I'll spend some time and see how other ethanol start-ups came up with the vast sums of money that are required to get these big ethanol plants up and running. From what I can see these guy's experience revolves around operations management, not start-up logistics. That might mean that everything will be OK after they get up and running, if they can just get those plants built???

Again, don't let me take anything out of context. I really would like a realistic idea of these guys chances for success.
