Do you think that reality is like those science fiction movies where a mad scientist sees that a drug works on cells in a petri dish, or in a mouse, and decides to immediately inject a massive amount into his own veins? (The Incredible Hulk, Hollow Man, etc.).

I think that in real life, drugs have to go through a process of slowly advancing, step by step, from paper, to petri dish, to mice, to human safety trials, and finally to efficacy trials. I think that bavi has been doing that and passing.

If the market hasn't been responding, it's because in biotech, there have been many drug candidates that have looked good to this point, but have failed later in testing.
