aim heir: We have more oil here within our borders and under our control than Saudi Arabia has. Only problem is the politics won't let us access it at this time. It takes time to drill and bring into production but that is long range planning. Not something our legislature is very good at, IMO. Maybe if the world saw what a caliph style government that stretched from Pakistan to the Mediterranean Sea was like, they would sing a different song. SharonB
well the OIL fields are thier ATM machine and if WE lose control and cant get them back w/o total take over, a well place nuke, small in nature will shut down the ATM machine forever
