The suggestion that UTK sold because of the hedge fund, contradicts another theory.

When UTK stock crashed from 20's down to 12's, it coincided with the report from...I think it was Stocksleuth....that report indicated that a BDC could not own shares of another BDC. I don't know if that is true or if it was one of the reasons UTK sold, but it doesnt seem that outlandish.

Just another theory....
