Surety type is listed as LC or "letter of credit". In this case it is most likely cash in the bank held in a separate account with a letter of credit agreement.
If there is no evergreen clause for the automatic renewal then Well Renewal would have to advise the bank to renew the LC.
Regardless of whether or not they have renewed the letter, It still can incur delays from the time of the request to the time of filing with the state agency, note the delay from the effective date to the file date.
So it is a little early to tell the status just yet.
