I believe we've conjectured Cornell. I'm not willing to involve myself with Cornell DD but I with half of an MBA and a 721 FICO score can figure out a better way to pay off 1.2 million dollars than for my Market Capitalization to take a 75% hit. That's just me.

It is Tom as far as I'm concerned a/c if they conducted business with Cornell then Tom is to blame. Look at Cornells record in doing business with companies. Happens all the time. He know's the past.
