I agree, but we don't know the full story here... I say relax and let the professionals do their business.

I was happy when we thought the outstanding was 421 million shares, and then we got the share reduction... Maybe that was to account for the convertibles...


Remember, Walmart has 4.1 billion shares outstanding, so it's not too bad to have just 300 million or so, imo.
