Mostly. But there are some real gems mixed in with the dirt. Look at WWAT - if you bought that at .20 back in September, you've be up 1,100% right now. That's over 100% a month. And during all that time, it never tanked 20% in an afternoon.

There are others, too. Hard to find, but obvious when you do.
