Willy, do you really think they are cleaning up the company? I think they are more like laundering assets and using CVIA to absorb the leftover sludge.

Why else would CVIA buy Stony's (with mega-liabilities) for over 20M shares, then pay Momma Potts an additional $800K for Stony's, and now sell Stony's (WITHOUT liabilities) for $250,000? They have effectively cleaned and laundered Stony's at the expense of shareholders to where Stony's is now free and clear of any liens, liabilities and debt.

I think folks need to investigate who controls Filbin International. Is it controlled by Momma Potts, or some other friend or relative?
