Sdr, I think a lot has to do with where the price drifts to between developments if it does at all. Does the price fall to 40 cents and then rally again to 60 after a pr? Does it hold at 50 and then break the 63 resistance after a pr? I want to see the price appreciate in a manner that is good for investors, not swingers. lol
