The Drago lawsuit is proceeding routinely (I'm part of that as a "class member" - no deposition, no interrogatories, no aggravation, etc.). I haven't checked PACER for new docs lately but I'm sure someone will publish any new pleadings that surface. It will most likely come to fruition after the OSC does its thing, which will hopefully be in the next couple months. I can't think that there would be much left after the regulatory commissions have their way with whatever's left, if anything. But time will tell.
