So holding anything over 3 times book value is a risk yet you are buying everything at 10 times book? Just wait until the election is over and by QCOM et. al in the open market. Certainly the panic that drove them all down under 3 times book, would allow you to pick up a majority stake in these with ease and average less than 10 times book. Now you can add all your takeover candidate to the Kingdom of Pen, clean up the global Morass, and create that new currency thingy.
