Specifically, regarding micro Solar/Chips - I own ASYS - both solar and chip. Its had a run recently, so may not be a great entry. Its somewhat larger competitor is BTUI (which I don't own now, but have a bid in).
Regarding civil infrastructure, I own EEI (Ecology and Environment Inc.) They are a consulting/services firm with a stress on the environmentally related.
