Actually, in a small buisness like this one, any salary listed is misleading. An owner cn have a very large expense account, which Phil does, they can take a year end bonus, which can be in $ or stock, which Phil does, and they can have various writeoffs. If you take Vergetechs stock holding price and figure an amoritizaton schedule, you would find that Phils total compensation package is well above even the $200K amount, WAY above. I would be very interested to see the REAL total amount. Clay

Phil holds many time the number of shares you hold. Don't you think he's hurting in this also?? And as for the salary he now draws--quite modest by any standard.
