Gregory, I think he wanted this endeavor to succeed. I've posted at length about what I perceive as issues with his stewardship of it. If he's a liar, I think it's because he's a salesman--not an intentional crook.
I've also posted a lot about the deep wreck. Maybe there's a show-stopper there [as there was with the NC / "El Salvador maybe" site], and I just don't know it yet. But I will assume for now that the permit process is moving and something will come out of that site.
If it weren't for that possibility, I wouldn't give this stock a chance in hell of surviving.
