Someone banged my friends car when he was parked on the shoulder lane on the high way when his car went out. He told the insurance company all he wanted was a new truck and they told him no. The next day he went to a lawyer and the next time I saw him he was wearing a brace on his neck. Few months latter I saw him at our favorite camping/ fishing site and he gained like 300 lbs and he told me he was seeing a shrink. All I wanted was a new car, but now they are throwing in the towel with a million dollars. When I came in with a leg brace on the next meeting they gave in.
