OK, I called a plumber from Dynamic Plumbing Resolutions, LLC and he quoted $248,690.00 in consulting fees to unclog the toilette.

He says there can be no assurance that the toilette will be unclogged after his consulting is done.

Seems reasonable to me. Should we give him 300,000 shares as a bonus for showing up?
