Ok, to clear things up, Mr Sibbett was out of town for the past week until returning home late last night; that's why no news has been issued yet this week.

He was here in Salt Lake City this past weekend for his daughter's wedding, then took some additional days to visit with friends and family, in both Idaho and Wyoming. He ran into plane delays in St Louis and didn't get home until late, and from what I've been told, has been in the recording studio most of the day. Whether that is true or not, who knows, who cares.......

I do not know when the next news is coming, nor what it will be. I for one do not need to know Mr Sibbett's whereabouts, nor do I need a daily fixation of news.

I do know, based on what I've been told, that they are working on getting the injunction filed. If any of you have ever worked with an attorney, they don't always move as quickly as you wish they would, and the courts can move even slower........

For those of you (not pointed at you, penniani) who are day traders or flippers, this is not the most opportune stock to ply your activities with. For those of you who have invested here for long-term capital gains, on a start-up company, then it is the long-term, rather than short-term, picture you should concern yourselves with. For me, the long-term picture still looks rock-solid.......

EDITED:
This company should still be able to focus w/ out Gene. In fact, Gene should not be taking long vacations right now....A family reunion, I understand...but, visiting friends in SLC, then WY, and finally stopping in ID?

This week has not been normal for this stock/company.

OK I just read 53's post....His daughter must have been married in the SLC temple....I guess I can forgive that one too
