Tjak or anybody, what kind of an answer is that?

"The dividend payment date is 20th July 2007.

The ex-dividend date is 23rd July 2007."

Unless it's something new or I don't know, but how in the hell ex-divy day is 3 days AFTER the payment day? Also it contradicts 2 e-mails which I received from Petel saying ex-day is 19th and pay day is 20th.
UNBELIVABLE!!!
