i've been meaning to go back and research when those shares become unrestricted....for any true longs here who own a large pile of shares...it will be good info to remember if this really takes flight...has anyone looked into this alread?

i thought thought that info is outdated. didn't the management give those shares up and got series B preferred stock instead? i think Paul has around 700,000 shares of series B. can someone confirm this?
