I am trying to find out the current share structure as of today b/c of the huge volume we saw yesterday. I emailed the TA, but got the following response. If you talk to the IR guy tomorrow please find out the share structure and see if any more PR's are on the way. Deplorable the share price I am seeing right now and wasn't even that great at the range we were in just a couple of days ago. Does the IR guy know his share price is tumbling away and know shareholders are concerned. In the company's last PR, it stated the following: " Mr. Mio Lok Tin further states, "Shareholder value is the most important in the minds of all at Ka Wang Holding, Inc. Our future lies with the investors that believe in our company through steady growth."
Also, find out if the company is selling shares and not disclosing it. With $40M net income, the company should give out cash divvies to not let the share price get out of hand. Try to convince the IR guy about that possible route in the current time or the future. Thanks December for all you do and please update us tomorrow when you speak to Mr. Zheng.
