I see no reason for either you or Bret to be concerned, but would note that you need not be an insider to be liable for posting information on a bulletin board and even if those post contain no false information, if taken as a whole one's posts are found to amount to a deceitful or fraudulent practice that place facts in a false light. Something like that. For instance, the manipulator who pumps the same stock several times a day under different names and thereby gives the public the impression that there is greater interest in the stock than there actually exists.
