They feel the need to make a move now to bring more credibility to the company than the current Cayman Isl. listing is providing. They won't be on the pinks for long.
I am sure Mr. Slaton is being very careful in his selection of this new shell in Nevada. Just a few days ago, he was certain CMHS would work...but their debt issues were taking too long. There will be alot of new investors once the stock is printing and I will buy more definitely in advance of that news.
