OT - Wow. That's awesome news. Hopefully this is a step in cleaning up the SEC and will help other companies caught by the corruption of today's market.
The 'problem' is that Overstock traded on NASDAQ which is regulated by the SEC and PBLS is a pinky. Besides, remember that in pinky-land the MM's can sell and buy 'non-existent' shares as they are supposed to insure liquidity. That does not mean that they are supposed to 'manipulate', but it does give them leeway in regards to trading activity. And as noted, they are basically un-regulated. JMHO
