Okay got you. Did read that, don't mean anything. It is paperwork that has numbers, that will never get them to a higher exchange, as the company AURC. As per the PR today, "The Shareholders meeting will be held in a convenient location in the United States to facilitate the participation of all shareholders and to guarantee a very broad attendance."

This would the location will be St. Louis? Centrally located? What's their idea of convenient? "Broad Attendance"???? That would be Bush stadium? lol
