Time to put my rose colored glasses on - this is not necessarily a bad news - the slower the enrollment, the longer the interim analysis would have to wait, the more late death would be included in the interim analysis, the less dilution of hazard ratio by short survivors, hence the better the hazard ratio.

The real bummer here is 15 million bonds went unsubscribed- so the lawsuit (which I am not a participant of) does muddy the water a little bit.
