hiker, I wasn't "dissing" the system. I was just pointing out that since the series of posts June 6-8, some which were not real complimentary to current and potential customers, the system was flat.
A professional approach works the problem or issue, not the person presenting it.
Being cordial and respectful when dealing with customers goes a long way towards keeping them as customers.
I'm sure all who developed the Merlin system take pride in their work, and they and those who utilize it should be proud of the results they've had if they've been trading well with it.
