I'll say this one more time. The pro's sell to themselfs driving price down. Don't fall for it and if you must cash out, change your ask price up by 40-50%. Supply and demand. If you make it harder for buyer's to get in, they will pay more and price goes up. Just turn up your ask, turn the computer off and check tomorrow or Thrs.
